Battleford Flats Cancellation Policy
The Parks and Recreation Office must be notified in writing is the function is to be cancelled. Please note that the booking/damage deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation for any reason. If the event must be cancelled due to inclement weather, the deposit is refunded to the organizer with no penalty.
